Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
7. Refund Policy for Digital Products
Because Estate Ace products are digital and cannot be returned once accessed, purchases are generally final once the downloadable files have been accessed or downloaded.
If you have not accessed or downloaded the purchased files, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Estate Ace may review available download or access records when evaluating a refund request.
We will also work to resolve reasonable issues involving:
-Duplicate charges.
-Failure to receive purchased files.
-Corrupted or unusable files.
-A materially incorrect file being delivered.
-If a technical issue can be corrected by replacing or resending the file, Estate Ace may provide a replacement rather than a refund.

You will be charged the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase, together with any applicable taxes or fees.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once accessed, the following refund policy applies.
Once a purchased digital file has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is final and the product is not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.
If you have not downloaded or accessed the purchased files, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Estate Ace may review available download or access records when evaluating a refund request.

Please review the product description before purchasing to make sure you have access to the software or services necessary to use the product.
A refund will generally not be issued after download because a purchaser does not have compatible software, unless the product description materially misrepresented the file format provided.
Because Estate Ace products are digital and immediately usable once downloaded, we cannot provide refunds for a change of mind after the files have been accessed.
